Are you open now?

We are undertaking some training and stock take on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th September, but re-open Thursday 15th September.

Can Will Ride still service my bike or E-bike serviced even if it is not a Specialized?

Absolutely! Our existing customers are a priority.

Will Ride will continue to be a service centre and re-seller of Bosch and Shimano E-bike products.

Can Will Ride still process a warranty claim if I have a Bosch issue with my Focus or Kalkhoff E-bike?

Yes. We will still be a re-seller and service centre for Bosch parts. Supporting our customers is a priority.

Can I still buy Yamaha, Bosch and Shimano E-bike parts from Will Ride?

Yes, we will still be stocking a wide range of common spare parts to keep you on your E-bike.

Will Will Ride continue suspension servicing for all bikes?

Absolutely!

I have a bike on order with you, will I still be able to collect it from you?

Yes, we will be reaching out to all of our customers who have placed pre-orders on bikes with us over the coming days.

Will Will Ride continue to service and overhaul E-bike motors which are out of warranty?

Yes!

Will the Test Centre at Fox Creek still be operating every Saturday?

Yes, and hopefully open more days for events and peak times

Will Will Ride still offer premium service and delivery to your home?
